How to import a wallet

If you already have a wallet, you also have the option to import it into TanglePay.

For various networks, we support Mnemonic Import. In the case of EVM (Shimmer Testnet / BSC / MATIC), we also provide support for Importing Private Keys. Now, let me demonstrate how to import a wallet using Mnemonic Import:

1. Select "Mnemonic Import" from the wallet options.

1. Enter your mnemonic phrases, ensuring they are separated by spaces.

2. Set a wallet name and password.

3. Click on "Import Wallet."

Congratulations! You have successfully imported your wallet.

For EVM (Shimmer Testnet / BSC / MATIC), we also support Importing Private Keys. Here's how you can import a wallet using a private key:

1. Click on "Import Private Key" from the wallet options.

1. Please enter your private key in the provided field.

2. Set a wallet name and password.

3. Click on "Import Wallet."

Congratulations! You have successfully imported your wallet.

Please note that Backup file import is currently not available on the mobile version of TanglePay.
