# Sell NFT

After purchasing an NFT, you have the option to sell it by following these steps:

1. Click on the "Sell NFT" button.
2. A window will appear where you can choose between two selling options: fixed price or auction.
3. Fixed Price: If you select the fixed price option, you can set a specific price for your NFT. Interested buyers can purchase it directly at the listed price.
4. Auction: If you choose the auction option, you can set a floor price and a duration for the auction. Potential buyers will be able to place bids during the auction period, and the highest bid at the end of the duration will win the NFT.

5. Once you have decided on your selling method and set the necessary details (price or auction parameters), click on the "Confirm Listing" button.
