Why my Firefly wallet cannot show full balance on TanglePay?

The Firefly address structure is a multi-address structure, which means there may be many sub addresses in one wallet. So when you import your Firefly wallet on TanglePay, sometimes the wallet shows 0 or partial asset. The balance appear on TanglePay is the real balance in the address, the same as the one you will see when you search it in

We highly suggest you to create a separate wallet to use on TanglePay instead using your Firefly address on TanglePay since we are not aware of all the potential compatibility issues with a Firefly wallet to use on TanglePay.
